What Is This Dashboard?

The Solaris Analytics Dashboard is your central hub for understanding member health and organizational performance at a glance. It provides real-time insights into membership growth, account balances, product adoption, and geographic distribution.

Member Growth Trend (Bar Chart)

Shows new member acquisition over time. Each bar represents a month, helping you spot trends in membership growth or decline.

Member Tenure (Donut Chart)

Breaks down your membership by how long they've been with you:

  • Less than 1 year (newest members)
  • 1–3 years
  • 3–5 years
  • 5–10 years
  • 10+ years (most loyal members)

This helps identify member retention patterns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do some numbers show "0" or "No data available"?
A: This usually means no activity occurred during the selected time period, or the database connection may need to be checked.

Q: What does "Cross-Sell Rate" really tell me?
A: It measures product depth — a higher rate means members are using multiple services (checking + savings + loan, for example), which typically indicates stronger member relationships.

Q: How often is the data updated?
A: The dashboard pulls live data from the database each time you load or refresh the page.
