Overview

The Reports Hub is your central access point for all Solaris reports. From here, you can quickly find and run reports to analyze your portfolio, monitor risk, identify opportunities, and track team performance.

Reports are organized into six categories with commonly-used reports featured at the top for quick access.


Getting Started

Accessing the Reports Hub

Navigate to Reports from the sidebar menu, or go directly to reports_index.php.

Finding a Report

You have three ways to find the report you need:

  1. Search — Type keywords in the search box to filter all reports
  2. Quick Links — Click popular report shortcuts below the search box
  3. Browse Categories — Scroll down to explore reports by category

🔵 Portfolio Overview

High-level portfolio metrics and summaries

Get a bird's-eye view of your organization's overall financial health.

Portfolio SummaryOverall portfolio health with key performance indicators and metricsYou need a quick snapshot of organizational performance or for management reporting
Balance by ProductDetailed breakdown of balances organized by product typeYou want to understand how assets are distributed across different products
Interest Rate AnalysisDistribution of interest rates across loans with weighted averagesYou need to analyze rate composition or prepare for rate change decisions

🔴 Loan Reports

Loan performance, delinquency, and maturity

Monitor loan portfolio health and identify accounts needing attention.

Delinquency ReportPast due loans organized by aging buckets (30, 60, 90+ days)You need to prioritize collection efforts or report on delinquency status
Loan MaturityList of loans approaching maturity with renewal opportunitiesYou want to proactively contact members about upcoming loan maturities

🟢 Deposit Reports

Share accounts and deposit analysis

Analyze savings and deposit account holdings.

Deposit SummaryTotal share account balances broken down by account typeYou need an overview of deposit holdings or for balance sheet reporting
Account StatusDistribution of accounts by status (active, dormant, closed)You want to identify dormant accounts or analyze account lifecycle

Member relationships and opportunities

Understand your membership and find growth opportunities.

How to Use Reports

Running a Report

  1. Find your report using search, quick links, or browsing
  2. Click the report card to open it
  3. Set filters if the report has options (date range, status, etc.)
  4. View results on screen or export as needed

Exporting Data

Most reports allow you to export data in various formats:

  1. Excel (.xlsx) — For further analysis in spreadsheets
  2. PDF — For printing or formal distribution
  3. CSV — For importing into other systems

Look for export buttons typically located at the top of report results.

Common Workflows

Morning Collections Review

  1. Open Delinquency Report to see past-due accounts
  2. Check Notes Analytics for yesterday's activity
  3. Review Call Log for calls that need follow-up

Monthly Board Reporting

  1. Run Portfolio Summary for key metrics
  2. Pull Deposit Summary for deposit totals
  3. Generate Delinquency Report for risk overview

Sales Campaigns

  1. Use Cross-Sell Opportunities to build target lists
  2. Check Member Relationship Value to prioritize high-value members
  3. Review New Members for onboarding outreach

Data Maintenance

  1. Run Data Quality report regularly
  2. Identify and fix incomplete records
  3. Use Account Status to find dormant accounts for cleanup

Tips for Effective Reporting

  1. Use Search — The fastest way to find a report if you know its name
  2. Bookmark Favorites — Use browser bookmarks for reports you run daily
  3. Check Featured First — The most useful reports are highlighted at the top
  4. Export Regularly — Save important reports for historical comparison
  5. Schedule Reports — Some reports may support scheduled delivery (check with admin)
